The Fort Cambridge Residential Complex comprises of a total of 350 Luxury apartments and duplex penthouses set on over 12,000 square meters of shore side north facing site, which includes also Fort Cambridge, a Fort with historical value.

The project is currently in its construction phase, and it boasts with the extensive energy efficient measures which has been integrated in the designs, including water cooled VRF air conditioning systems and energy saving lighting.
